Please be aware of the following:

• The host is encouraged to follow these strong suggestions
• Encores should be restricted if the show goes over 2 hours
• The number of  performances per performer may not be equal if the show is anticipated to go over 1:45.
• The show should end with the audience wanting more, not less.
• When it is clear the audience is diminishing, especially less than 50%, the show should be shortened and encore by host only. 
• Shows going over 2 hours should be the exception, not the rule.
• The host should make sure there is no verbal silence between performances.
• The DJ is under intensive pressure to do sound and lights therefore changes should be avoided and cleared through the host not directly with the DJ.  It is very helpful to have each number on a separate cd with performers name on the cd and the minutes and seconds of the number as well as the name.
• Always try to invite at least 4 people like the pros do.
• Stay for final curtain call unless you have another conficting show time.
